As promised, here are a few more details on the contest, which is set to begin at midnight tonight!
Each part of the contest will include some trivia about the film (the answer will be based off of information on this website) AND by the number of NEW viewers you can bring to this blog. Easy? Yes.
I will pick one winner daily and they will recieve a handwritten post card from me with an image of one the the actual rescued turtles from the film!
A second part of the contest, with a cool Grand Prize package, will be announced soon!
So, be ready to repost the link and get your friends to visit the blog!
Less than 12 hours until the first question!!!!
Cheers,

To all of my followers (wow, makes me sound like a cult leader! LOL), I apologize greatly for being so behind on this blog.
I've been wrapped up in a flurry of events and circumstances that have kept me from blogging much.
First, a bit of good news. As most of you know, I self-financed this doc (so far around $4,900 out of my own pocket and $2,300 raised on Kickstarter). Let's just say things got pretty financially grim here at the homestead during the past few months. Photo gigs were slim and Meniere's kept me pretty ill for most of January and February. Well, last week all that changed. I have now been hired on as a content editor for AP Photo News! Then, this past weekend, my family from Washington came to Florida to visit and sightsee.
So, I took some time off and actually had some fun.
Of course, that didn't mean nothing got done on Journey Home mind you. I laid down the opening sequence, did some voice-over and re-wrote the script.
I will try to put up new video here soon.
As for the turtles, well all seems to be going well. No news is good news until release time, which should be coming soon.
Nesting season has kicked off here and already several leatherback nesting sites have been located and are being watched.
